Both corporations are solely owned and operated under Kansas State law,
and are maintained in the United States.
The intention of Sharper Services, Inc. is to bring electronic services to the
World Wide Web for the enjoyment of the Internet community.
Virtumundo, Inc. was created by Scott Lynn in 1996. Mr. Lynn currently owns
and controls all 30,000 shares of stock in Virtumundo, Inc.
The company is currently working on a new site, Dr. Homepage, which Virtumundo owns.
When TreeLoot was developed the intentions were to give the Internet community
a place where people could go play a game that was easy and free. This intention is
still present on TreeLoot. In turn, we plan to publicize all of our sites
on TreeLoot for further public recognition.
To put aside any questions of the legitimacy of Sharper Services, Inc., we
are having a third party accounting firm, Keller & Owens, LLC, distribute
all cash prizes to the winners of treeloot.com.
